Infill development Sancta Maria

This assignment contains the realisation of an uban plan for the centre of Wolvertem (Oppemstraat - Stationsstraat - Kleine Klepperstraat): a services area and a residential area (+- 300 residences). The services area is situated close to the centre of the village, it contains a cemetery, a school and a kindergarden. Most of the houses and apartments face the landscape. Walking through the Stationsstraat, several views to the landscape are created. These two concepts shape the very specific lay-out of the urban tissue.
