Co-housing project with 6 apartments, 4 patio-houses, collective garden, collective roofgarden and multipurpose hall
Renovation of a 19th century 'Maison de Maître' in the centre of Oostend into a co-housing project with 10 dwellings, collective garden, collective roofgarden and multipurpose hall. In the front building 6 apartments are located on the different stories while the multi-purpose hall is located next to the entrance on the ground floor. In the back of the plot, a concrete column-and-beam-structure of one story contains 4 patio-dwellings around a collective garden. On the roof of the structure new volumes are created with acces to a private terrace as well as a collective roofgarden.
