Open Oproep 0107: Symbiosis of an office building and a landscaped garden

The urban integration of the site is defined by the treatment of its corners: the corner has a relation with a number of public functions along the main road. This explains the implantation of the new building. The volume is well orientated and has a favourable compactness-economy-energy balance. The patios that separate the offices guarantee the acoustic comfort. The parking is dug out in a slope and the thus minimized amount of removed polluted ground is used to create an artificial landscape garden with fytoremediating plants.
