On the former site of Scanfil, a new residential area is developed, combining housing and green open space. The whole site is divided in several residential islands that will be developed in several phases. During the first phase, volumes 1 and 2 are developed. In those volumes, several typologies such as corner houses, family houses, mansions, gatehouses,... are foreseen. The volumes are divided between 4 architecture offices: Crepain Binst architectuur, META architecten, BOB361 architects and STAM architecten.
