10 houses around an old monument

Ten low budget social houses were built on a grid plan that covers the entire site. The houses have a double orientation, a spatial organisation with a front yard and a rear garden. The site includes an old windmill and its attachments, each of them with their specific character. These elements are listed monuments and will be restored and transformed into 2 houses, an office space as well as an exhibition area.
