Construction and renovation of 21 apartments
This project plays a key role in the valorisation of the Frequel-Fontarabie 'ilot' in the 20th Parisian district, close to the cemetery of Père Lachaise. It’s a pilot project concerning durable building for the city of Paris. The extension of the existing building marks a new access to the revalued inner court of the 'ilot'. The enlargement, transformation and modernisation of the existing typologies leads to the interweaving of an historical context and a new beginning for the neighbourhood.
