The building, located at the corner of two streets, connects to the facades of both neigbors. The project contains of 28 duplex houses and 10 apartments. The duplex houses enjoy two orientations and views on the street and the inner area. The duplexes on the ground floor have a garden while the duplexes on the second floor have a south-oriented terrace at the street side. The apartments are located on the corner of the street. The ground floor apartments are elevated to provided the needed privacy. All inhabitants can access the common courtyard and the underground parking.
