The old tramway is expanded into a functional north-south axis for slow traffic. The area is enclosed by two residential streets, that will become acreage with a green character, opening up to the landscape and creating interesting views. The open space is divided in paved and green recreational places, each with a specific atmosphere and use. The views towards the landscape behind are maintained.
